Thursday, 9-8-11

Today was a bad day, but not the worst I guess.

Breakfast: yogurt

Lunch: (@ Johnny Rockets) Streamliner (Boca burger w/ fries), dark chocolate - strawberry milkshake

Dinner: rice w/ tomato sauce and beef

Exercise: a little walking here and there, nothing major.

Wednesday, 9-7-11

Today is Thursday, so let me try to remember how yesterday went.

Weighed myself and was 112.8 lbs! =] Yay!

Ate well: yogurt, bread, cheese, coffee w/caramel syrup, chips, salsa, grapes, strawberries, waffle, cool whip (just a little).

Did exercises. I’ll put the list up later.

So, in all, yesterday was pretty good. =]
